Service Description

Each session is tailored to reach your personal fitness goals. All sessions are 55 minutes in length and by appointment only. Booking your appointment in advance will increase your chance of acquiring your preferred time. All packages purchased for private/duet/class instruction are non-refundable at this time. A fee of $50 will be applied to your account if an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
